Throughout my career leading marketing and innovation teams across organisations including 3M, Reckitt Benckiser, Kimberly-Clark, Gillette and Selleys, I've learnt that success rarely comes from having more ideas alone. It comes from making better choices about which opportunities to pursue, aligning people around them, and creating the momentum to bring them to life.
